Terms and Conditions
All agreements are based on the „Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen“ (general terms of business). They have to be accepted by the customer. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
1) Conditions of agreement
The request concerning an escort is not binding. The contract is valid at the time Glam Lifestyleagentur and the customer agree on the time/place/service and the booking is confirmed by e-mail. We will not confirm your booking without a valid telephone number and e-mail address. Bookings over the phone are only acceptable by VIP customers.
2) Data privacy
All personell data are protected by the German Federal Data Protection Act (Deutsche Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). Personel information is optinal and will be used only for the purpose of booking.
3) Service
Escorts are not bound by instructions from our agency, and they are responsible for her actions. Glam Lifestyleagentur offers exclusively the introduction of clients to an escort lady and the agreement of the appointment.Any fees paid to the Escorts are for they companionship.The customer has to inform Glam Lifestyleagentur about the meeting place, the meeting time and the way the escort should be done in advance. The customer is not allowed to assign any rights and claims to a third party.
4) Cancellation
If it is possible, please try to keep your appointment. We will be happy if you contact us immediately if you cannot keep it and explain your cancellation problem – we will find a solution together. A cancellation more than 24 hours ahead you have the opportunity to move your appointment to another date. In case of cancellation within 24 to the beginning of the agreed appointment, it is not possible to have your advance payment refunded. Costs that may result from the cancellation of plane or train tickets will not be refunded. Please keep in mind that train and air tickets are never or only exceptionally in part reimbursed by travel agencies. In the case of a cancellation due an important reason of the escort lady (such as illness) we will immediately refund you your deposit or, if you wish, used it as pre-payment for the next reservation. Further claims are excluded.
5) Rates / Travel expenses
Please hand the full amount in cash direct and discreetly in an unsealed envelope to the escort. If you want to extend please pay in cash immediately according to our rates. Expenses for flight and train tickets are calculated individually and must be paid in advance.If you book an appointment you must pay in advance 30% of the agreed price. Payments must be transferred to the business account of Glam Lifestyleagentur. Generally, there is no pre-payment for appointments on short notice or at the lady’s residence.
6) Disclaimer
Die Glam Lifestyleagentur will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site. We are not responsible for computer viruses that may occur. You visit our website at one's own risk. We do not assume liability for damages which can result. Links to other websites are not controlled by us and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such website or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such websites. We are not responsible for any content on this websites because we have no influence over the provider of these websites and the design and content now and in the future. The agency establishes a connection between the customer and the escort – the escort acts on her own authority. Glam Escort is not liable for the acting of the escort-model.
